SYMPTOMS
International characters sent in a Microsoft Outlook 97 e-mail message may
be stripped of their umlauts and accents when received by the addressee.
CAUSE
The message was sent over the Internet using the US-ASCII character set.
RESOLUTION
Change the characters set to, ISO 8859-1.
