SYMPTOMS
In Microsoft Excel 97, if you drag the Exchange Folder tool from the
Commands tab of the Customize dialog box and drop the tool onto an existing
toolbar, the tool may not appear until you quit and restart Microsoft Excel
97.
CAUSE
This problem may occur if you drag the Exchange Folder tool onto a toolbar,
such as the Standard toolbar.
NOTE: If you drag the Exchange Folder tool onto a menu, such as the File
menu, the tool appears correctly.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Excel 97.
This problem no longer occurs in Microsoft Excel 2000.
