FIX: VFP Disappears if Project Under SCC Opened and Closed

Steps to Reproduce Behavior

1. On a system that has Visual SourceSafe v5.0x and Visual FoxPro v5.0x, apply the Visual Studio 97 Service Pack 2. This should update Visual SourceSafe and Visual FoxPro files.
2. Run Visual FoxPro and open a project that is under Source Code Control.
   
   NOTE: If you do not already have a project under Source Code Control, then create a new project or use an existing project and add it to Source Code Control. For additional information, please see the following article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

3. Close the Project and leave Visual FoxPro running. After a wait of about 10 minutes, you'll note that Visual FoxPro is not visible on the Windows Task bar and has shut down without any warnings or error messages.
   
   NOTE: Similar problems exist under Windows 95. The difference is that Visual FoxPro generates an Exception Error and then it is shut down.
