PPT97: Some Presentations Print Blank from PowerPoint Viewer 97

RESOLUTION

To print the presentation in PowerPoint Viewer 97, open the presentation in PowerPoint 97 and change the default print properties so that the presentation does not print as notes pages or handouts by default. To do this, use the following steps:

1. Open the presentation in PowerPoint 97.
2. On the Tools menu, click Options.
3. Click the Print tab.
4. Click "Use the Following Default Print Settings" button.
   
   NOTE: To clear custom printing properties for the current presentation, click "Use the Most Recently Used Print Settings" instead.
5. In the Print What list, select the item you want. For example, click Slides.
6. Click OK.

When you click the Print button, the presentation prints according to the settings you just made.
