SYMPTOMS

If you use an Internet Jump from Mastering Web Development to start Internet Explorer, you will not have access to your saved favorites list.

WORKAROUND

Start Internet Explorer from outside the Mastering Web Development application to gain access to the favorites list.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Mastering Web Development version 1.0. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.

MORE INFORMATION

This problem occurs only if you start Internet Explorer from one of the internet jumps. If Internet Explorer is already running when you use a jump, you will have access to the saved favorites.
