SYMPTOMS

Print Preview is displayed using the Symbols font when the tree view of Site Analyst is selected.

CAUSE

The Arial fonts are not loaded on the system.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, install the Arial fonts on the server from the installation disk.

NOTE: As you zoom out the view, the text will become legible.
