Service Menu Commands Available When No Message Is Selected

SYMPTOMS
In the Inbox program, the Retrieve A Copy and Retrieve Full Text Copy
commands appear to be available even though no message is selected. These
commands function properly only when a message is selected.
STATUS
Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new information here
