PRB: Correcting Dialog Boxes That Turn Pink and Green

SYMPTOMS

When you use the scroll bar while Show Icon is on, browser windows may become pink and green.

CAUSE

This is a known problem that occurs only when running SOFTIMAGE 3D on O2 systems.

RESOLUTION

To prevent this from occurring, complete the following steps:

  1. From a UNIX shell enter the command: xscreen
2. Set the frame buffer to "32+32"

This anomaly should no longer occur.
