MORE INFORMATIONTo install additional components after installing the Standard or Enhanced version of Internet Explorer, reinstall Internet Explorer 4.0. During the installation, you receive the following message:
The most recent versions of some items are already installed. To save time, we recommend upgrading only items that have changed since your last installation.You are then prompted to either reinstall all the components, or upgrade only newer items. Click the Upgrade Only Newer Items check box to select it, and then click OK to install updated components and components that are not currently installed. The following components are installed with each installation option:

Full Installation
