SYMPTOMS
When you try to create a Microsoft Access form in Microsoft Excel by using
the AccessLinks add-in program, and you are using data from a Microsoft
Query data source, you may receive the following error message:
Cannot start Microsoft Access form or report wizard
CAUSE
You cannot use external data with the AccessLinks add-in.
RESOLUTION
When you create Microsoft Access forms in Microsoft Excel by using the
AccessLinks add-in program, use only internal data for your data source.
