Warning Message Double Clicking in Shell View

SYMPTOMS

When you double-click a folder or white space in a shell (folder) view in the Internet Explorer browser window, you may receive the following warning from Internet Explorer:

Some files can contain viruses or otherwise be harmful to your computer. It is important to be certain that this file is from a trustworthy source. Do you want to continue opening this file?
For example, if you type c:\ in the Internet Explorer Address box, you receive this warning when you double-click a folder or any white space in the shell view.
