If you use the Deluxe version of MSN Money Portfolio, Portfolio uses the time zone configured in Control Panel in Microsoft Windows. Otherwise, Portfolio uses Eastern Standard Time (EST) or Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), depending on the time of year.
