SYMPTOMS

When you try to start SOFTIMAGE 3D, the error message "libSoftGraphic" appears.

CAUSE

You are still using the environment variables for version 3.5.

RESOLUTION

For instructions on updating the .softimage file (location where these variables are set), see Setting Up a User Account in the Installation guide.
