SUMMARYThe following lists the graphic cards certified to be compatible with SOFTIMAGE 3D 3.51. The compatibility tests were conducted by the Hardware Certification Team at Softimage. All cards listed below give satisfactory graphic capabilities and performance to allow you to focus on content creation. Cards are certified at the highest screen resolution supporting 32 bits per pixel.
MORE INFORMATIONVerify compatibility on specific target systems before buying, as not all system/card combinations were tested. You can obtain the relative performance rating for some of these cards on the Softimage SPEC site. These benchmarks are done on a voluntary basis. All Silicon Graphic Inc (SGI) systems are supported by Softimage 3D version 3.51.
