SYMPTOMS
While you are downloading a message, Internet Mail may stop responding
(hang). This usually occurs when there is a long list of names on the To
or Cc lines in the message.
CAUSE
The message you are downloading has a very large header, typically larger
than 4 kilobytes (K).
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, download the updated version of Internet Mail
and News 1.0. For information about obtaining the updated version of
