Microsoft Team Manager does not support integration with versions of
Microsoft Schedule+ earlier than version 7.0. When integrating Microsoft
Team Manager or Microsoft Team Manager for Team Members, the default option
is for Microsoft Outlook, and then for Microsoft Schedule+ version
7.0.
