    The Incoming Call Log tracks the following information for incoming calls:

    • Who called
    • Whether the call was accepted or ignored
    • The date and time of the call

    To view the Incoming Call Log, click Incoming Call Log in the Directory box.

    Return calls can be placed from the Incoming Call Log by double-clicking an entry.
