SYMPTOMS
If you specify a message in an action that accepts messages as the
argument, and that message argument does not exist under the messages key
in the registry, a generic error is returned. The following is an example:
[xform shopper.updateshopper messages=test2]
<input type=submit>
[/xform]
This example returns the following generic error message:
Error:
Unable to process your request. An error has occurred.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, make sure that the message argument does
exist
in the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\MerchantServer\Messages
