PRB: CopyData: Change Of Parameters Isn't Reflected On ShipTo

SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario:

Initially, the components_order_init registry value for the AW store is set to nothing (blank). The shopper enters the store and makes a purchase. While making the purchase, the shopper must fill in the Shipping Information fields, as expected. After the purchase, the shopper leaves the store and nobody else is in the store. The Store Administrator shuts down the store and changes the components_order_init from a blank to "WLStdOder.CopyData '' '' ship_to_ name street city state zip country phone", so that in any future visit by any shopper, the shopper will not have to fill in the shipping information. The previous shopper then goes back into the store and makes another purchase.

While making this purchase, the shopper must fill in the shipping information again.
