BUG: Control Panel: "Registry Has Changed" Message Box Appears

SYMPTOMS
If Merchant Server's registry is changed when the Merchant Server
Administrator icon in Control Panel is active under another window or
windows, the administrator application displays the message: "Registry has
changed. Read most recent registry?" underneath the covering window(s).
WORKAROUND
Minimize all other windows to be able to see the message box displayed by
the Merchant Administrator. Note that you must still restart the store
service after the most recent registry changes are read by the Merchant
Administrator.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Merchant Server
version 1.0. We are researching this problem and will post new information
here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
