SYMPTOMS
If you remove the DreamWorks compact disc during Setup or if Setup is
running without the disc in the CD-ROM drive, you receive the following
error message:
SETUP caused an invalid page fault in
module KERNEL32.DLL at 0137:bff858d2.

RESOLUTION
Do not eject the DreamWorks compact disc at any time during Setup. If
you accidentally eject the compact disc, cancel Setup and then restart
Setup.
