Although Microsoft Publisher 97 is designed to work with the Web
Publishing Wizard for Windows 95, Publisher support engineers do not
provide technical support for this program. The Microsoft Internet
Explorer support engineers provide technical support for this Wizard.

To determine whether or not a problem using the Web Publishing Wizard
is a Publisher support issue or a Web Posting Wizard support issue,
follow these steps:

1. Create a Web Page publication in Publisher. On the File menu, click
   Publish Web Site to Folder. If a problem occurs, it is a Publisher
   support issue and not a Web Publishing Wizard support issue.

2. Use Windows Explorer to open the folder that contains the HTML
   document you just created. Double-click one of the HTML files. If
   your Web browser doesn't start, try starting your Web browser and
   then double-click the HTML file again. If the document doesn't
   open, you're having a problem with your Web browser.

3. Create an HTML document using a program besides Publisher. In
   Windows Explorer, click the document with your right mouse button.
   Point to Send to and then click Web Posting Wizard. If the menu
   choice is not available, or if a problem occurs, it is a Web
   Posting Wizard support issue.
