SYMPTOMS
In Microsoft Excel 97, when you save a workbook, a custom toolbar that is
attached to the workbook may not be saved.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs when you save the workbook in the "Microsoft Excel
5.0/95 Workbook(*.xls)" file format.
NOTE: If you save the workbook in the "Microsoft Excel Workbook(*.xls)"
file format, an attached toolbar is saved with the workbook.
STATUS
This is by design of Microsoft Excel 97.
