FIX: Err RPC_E_WRONG_THREAD Using Apartment Threaded Component

SYMPTOMS
You will receive the following error message when an apartment threaded
component uses a single threaded object:
0x8001010E
RPC_E_WRONG_THREAD
To work around this problem, do not use single threaded objects from an
apartment threaded component.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Transaction
Server
version 1.0. This problem was corrected in Microsoft Transaction Server
version 1.1.
