SYMPTOMS
The definition for DtcGetTransactionManagerC explicitly contains extern
"C," making this API unusable by C files, due to the compiler errors it
causes.
CAUSE
The extern "C" directive causes problems for C compilers.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Transaction
Server
version 1.0. This problem was corrected in Microsoft Transaction Server
