There is no special upgrade-only package of Microsoft Publisher 97.
You can install any copy of Publisher 97 without having an earlier
version of Publisher or a competing product.

retail outlets. If you purchased a copy of Microsoft Publisher that
came bundled with a computer or other hardware, upgrade information
