PUB97: Double-click On Picture Filename Does Not Insert Picture

When you're importing a picture into Publisher by double clicking, the following actions occur:

1. The import filter is activated with the first click.
2. The import filter brings up the copyright/progress notice.

The copyright/progress notice dialog has the focus while it's on the screen. This means that if the second click of your mouse occurs while the copyright/progress notice is on the screen, the filename of the picture doesn't receive a second mouse click and the picture is not imported into your publication.
