If the problem persists, please contact the application vendor. If you click Details, you will see the following message: mspub.exe caused and invalid page fault in ICM32.dll at <address> This problem may occur if you have the printer driver for one of the Hewlett-Packard (HP) color DeskJets installed. RESOLUTION ========== To resolve this problem, use the following steps: 1. Click the Start button, point to Settings, and then click Printers. 2. Click the icon for your color DeskJet printer. 3. Press the DELETE key on your keyboard. If you see the following message, click Yes: Some files were used only for this printer and are no longer needed. Would you like to delete these files now? 4. Search for all the files in your \Windows\System folder that begin with the letters HP by searching for "hp*.*" (without the quotation marks). Delete these files. 5. Start Publisher to verify that it works correctly now. 6. Reinstall your HP DeskJet driver.
