SYMPTOMS
When you use the CTRL key with the left mouse button to select multiple
items in the Whiteboard window, you may be unable to select some items, or
some previously selected items may no longer remain selected.
CAUSE
The Whiteboard tool uses "bounding boxes" to track the location of objects
in the window. If two objects are close enough to each other in Whiteboard,
Microsoft NetMeeting may have difficulty determining which object is being
selected.
RESOLUTION
Select multiple items by using the mouse to "drag" over the items you want
to select.
STATUS
