Notes Task ID and Name Does Not Print on Multiple Pages |
Q154665
When previewing or printing a task or resource view with multiple pages of notes, the first note listed on the second and consecutive notes pages does not have an ID or Name associated with it.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the versions of Microsoft Project listed above.
When printing a task or resource view, you can use the Print Notes option to print the corresponding notes on a group of pages after the view is printed. To see the Print Notes option, on the File menu click Page Setup, and then click the View tab.
The corresponding ID and Name are printed in the row above each note.
However, if there are enough notes to fill two or more pages, then starting
with the second page of notes, the row with the ID and Name is missing for
the first note on the page.
