MORE INFORMATION
================
When you install FrontPage, you are prompted for an administrator name
and password. You must know these to complete these steps.
1. In Publisher, open or create the publication from which you will be
creating your Web Site.
2. On the File menu, click Web Site Properties. From the Home page
file name list, click Index. From the File name extension list,
click htm, and then click OK.
3. On the File menu, click Publish Web Site To Folder. Choose a folder
into which to publish your Web Site. This example assumes you
choose a folder named:
C:\Homepage
4. Click OK to create your Web site in this folder.
5. Copy the C:\Homepage folder to the following folder on the computer
that has FrontPage installed on it:
C:\Frontpage Webs\Content
After doing this, you should have this folder
C:\Frontpage Webs\Content\Homepage
which contains all the files that were in the C:\Homepage folder.
6. Start FrontPage Explorer.
7. On the File menu, click New Web.
8. In the New Web dialog box, click Empty Web. Click OK.
9. In the Web Name box, type
<Homepage>
where <Homepage> is the name of the folder you are using, and click
OK.
10. If FrontPage asks you to enter your administrator name and
password, do so. Click OK.
FrontPage will now publish your Web site so that others can view it.
