Graphics Pasted from Freehand 5.0 Do Not Print

SYMPTOMS

When you paste Encapsulated PostScript (EPS) graphics into Word for the Macintosh 6.x from Freehand 5.0, the graphics will appear on the screen and in print preview, but they may not appear on the printout.

CAUSE

There is a problem with the information copied to the Clipboard from Freehand 5.0.

NOTE: This problem has been reported to occur with PostScript printers only.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, upgrade to Freehand version 5.0.1 or later.
