TMGR: Cannot Paste Predecessor Along with Task

SYMPTOMS

A task with a task link (predecessor) can be copied but the task link information is not pasted with the rest of the task.

CAUSE

Links are not copied by design. Links are not the normal way to schedule tasks in Microsoft Team Manager but instead, most tasks are people driven. Therefore, Microsoft Team Manager does not retain predecessor information and schedules a pasted task according to its assignments.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.
