SYMPTOMS
When Microsoft Exchange Server is configured as the directory
synchronization server, non-Exchange addresses are excluded from the
directory synchronization cycle. In addition, all recipient containers
specified under the "Export these recipients" list for the requester
include the non-Exchange addresses (for example, other dirsynced MS Mail
users, Internet custom addresses, and so forth).
CAUSE
The default checkbox "Export custom recipients" has been removed from the
remote requester setup in Exchange Server Administrator.
RESOLUTION
To add this checkbox back:
1.From Exchange Server Administrator select the Connections object.
