PUB3: Registration Wizard Unable to Locate the SignUp Wizard

SYMPTOMS
========

At the end of the Setup program, when you click the Online Registration
button, you may receive the following error message:

   Registration Wizard

   The Registration Wizard was unable to locate the SignUp Wizard which
   is used to transmit your registration information to Microsoft.
   Please make sure SignUp is properly installed then try the
   Registration Wizard again.

CAUSE
=====

This problem will occur if the Signup.exe file is missing from the "Program
files\The Microsoft Network" folder.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this problem, use either of the following methods:

Method 1:   Reinstall Windows 95.

Method 2:   Extract a new copy of the Signup.exe file from the Windows
            compact disc or floppy disk and place it in the "Program
            files\The Microsoft Network" folder. Signup.exe is located in
            the following disk locations:

            Non-DMF Floppy    Win95_12.cab of Disk 12
            DMF Floppy        Win95_08.cab of Disk 8
            CD-ROM            Win95_07.cab.

Once you complete Method 1 or Method 2, run Publisher Setup and click the
Online Registration button in the Welcome screen.

MORE INFORMATI0N

This problem does not affect Publisher installation: if the online
registration button is available, Publisher 95 Setup has already completed
successfully.
