Summary:
 
In a Microsoft Works print merge document, a blank line can be inserted
into an empty field by following the procedure below:
 
1. Within the word processing document, place the cursor after the
   merge field and press OPTION+SPACEBAR.
 
If the merge field is on a line by itself and there is no data for the
field, the blank line will be suppressed automatically.
