Summary
=======

When doing a print merge, Microsoft Works treats the merge field as a
single word. Therefore, if the entire merge field will not fit on a
line, the whole field will wrap to the next line. If the merge
field is longer than one line, characters will be truncated on the
right (a single merge field cannot take up more than one line).

WORKAROUND
==========

To work around this problem, do one of the following:

1. Use smaller left/right margins and/or change paper orientation to
   landscape in Page Setup.

   -or-

2. Use a smaller font to fit more on the line.

   -or-

3. Divide the database field into shorter fields.
