Summary:
When attempting to MSINSTALL COBOL Tools on an IBM Version 2 (the
XENIX date in the root directory is 2/3/86), the following messages
appear at the end of the installation:

   /etc/fixperm:
   bad version executable file:
   /usr/bin/viewcob

These messages are displayed because fixperms is expecting an
executable file compiled under the System V "C" Compiler.
The executable files still work properly, even though they were
compiled under System III.
