Summary:
   The L80 linker can link any Microsoft language products. The L80
linker's ability is memory based (i.e., there must be enough available
memory for L80 and the source module).
   The LD80 linker only links Microsoft COBOL programs. The LD80
linker's ability is disk based (i.e., it can link slightly larger
programs because intermediate files will be created if disk space is
insufficient).
