While these examples were originaly developed for Microsoft COBOL
version 4.68 for the CP/M-80 operating system, they may also be useful
for Microsoft COBOL versions 1.10, 1.12, 2.00, 2.10, 2.20, 3.00,
3.00a, 4.00, and 4.50 for MS-DOS, and for versions 2.10 and 2.20 for XENIX.
