Question:
When running a FORTRAN program, are the command line
parameters in the PSP (Program Segment Prefix) left intact?
In other words, could the command line parameters be
retrieved from the PSP by an Assembler subroutine that is
called by an Assembler program or a FORTRAN program?

Response:
Yes, the command line is left intact, and the parameters
can be obtained from an Assembler program or a FORTRAN
program.
The parameters can be obtained by calculating where the
PSP is in memory from your program. The PSP is generally
256 bytes lower in memory than the first code segment.
