Summary:

You can use mouse function 4, Set Mouse Cursor Position to control the 
mouse cursor position. The following function can be used:

Inputs:

   AX = 4
   CX = new cursor position (horizontal)
   DX = new cursor position (vertical)

Outputs: none

More Information:

Function 4 moves the cursor to the new coordinates. These coordinates 
must be within the ranges that the virtual screen allows (ranges 
permitted on the current display adapter). If the screen is not in high 
resolution mode, the specified position is rounded to the nearest values 
permitted.
