Summary:

Function 01, "Show Cursor," causes the cursor to display. It has the
following inputs and outputs:

      Inputs: AX = 1
      Outputs: none

Function 1 increments the internal cursor flag; if the flag is 0, the
cursor displays on the screen. If the internal cursor flag is already
0, this call does nothing.

Note that there is no mouse function that returns the state of the
internal cursor flag; however, Function 0 initializes it to -1.
Applications that need to have cursor Hide/Show status would be
advised to track an external variable based upon the number of Hide
and Show Cursor functions.

Typically, applications should Hide and Show the cursor around the
following operations:

 - Writing to the screen
 - Changing the screen mode, palette, or page.

It is advisable that an application leave the Mouse cursor hidden (-1)
once upon exit.
