SUMMARY
=======

If you develop an application that uses the Microsoft Mouse, you may notice
that your mouse cursor displays incorrectly and appears to use an incorrect
screen mode.

This problem occurs because your program changes screen modes without
proper precautions, which can cause your cursor to disappear or random
pixels that seem to respond to mouse movement to appear.

When you code your application, hide the cursor before changing the screen
mode, then show the cursor after the mode change.

For more information, refer to the Mouse Function 1 and 2 descriptions
in the "Mouse Programming Reference."
