Summary:

The following function preserves the mouse driver context:

FUNCTION 21: - GET MOUSE DRIVER STATE REQUIREMENTS

   Inputs:

      AX = 21

   Outputs:

      BX = Buffer size required to save driver state

Function 21 returns a size, in bytes, that specifies the amount of
memory needed to save the internal state of the mouse driver. Use this
call before making a Function 22 call. Use Functions 21, 22, and 23 to
preserve the mouse status around the bounds of a program (if, for
instance, your program is a child process).
