Summary:

The following function increases the mouse cursor motion sensitivity:

FUNCTION 19: GENERAL INFO - SET DOUBLE SPEED THRESHOLD
   Inputs:
      AX = 19
      DX = Threshold speed in mickeys/second
   Outputs: None

The default threshold value is 64 mickeys per second (.32 ips). If the
mouse is moved faster than the threshold value, the cursor motion
doubles in speed. Once used, this feature is always on, unless
modified by another call to Function 19. It may be effectively "turned
off" by setting the threshold to a speed faster than the mouse can be
physically moved (10,000, for example).
