Summary:

The following mouse function will sense whether the mouse cursor is in
a screen area that you wish to update:

FUNCTION 16: - CONDITIONAL OFF
   Inputs:
      AX = 16
      CX = Upper x screen coordinate
      DX = Upper y screen coordinate
      SI = Lower x screen coordinate
      DI = Lower y screen coordinate
   Outputs: None

Function 16 defines a region of the screen for updating (refer to
Function 2 - Hide Cursor). If the mouse cursor is in the defined
region, or moves into it, the mouse cursor is hidden. Function 1 must
be called to show the cursor again. Normally, a program defines the
update area according to this function, updates the screen data, and
then issues a Show Cursor function (Function 1).
