Summary:

The following mouse function allows a program to control the
sensitivity of the mouse motion:

FUNCTION 15: - SET MICKEY/PIXEL RATIO
   Inputs:
      AX = 15
      CX = Mickey/pixel ratio (horizontal)
      DX = Mickey/pixel ratio (vertical)
   Outputs: None

The mickey/pixel ratio(s) may be set to any value from 1 to 32767. The
default ratio is 8 mickeys to 8 pixels horizontal, and 16 mickeys to 8
pixels vertical. This yields about 3.2 inches physical mouse
horizontal travel, and about 2 inches physical mouse vertical travel,
for full top-left to lower-right screen cursor displacement. The
larger the ratio, the more the mouse must be moved. The smaller the
ratio, the less the mouse must be moved. Avoid sending a zero (0)
parameter.
