This article describes how to add a picture to your word processor label
document in Microsoft Works 4.0 and later.

If you are using Works for Windows version 4.5 or 4.5a, or if you have the Clip
Gallery update (Clip3.exe) installed, follow these steps to add a picture to
your label document:
 
1. Create a new label document, or open an existing label document.
 
2. Click the position on the label where you want to insert the picture.
 
3. On the Insert menu, click ClipArt.
 
4. Click the image you want, and then click OK. If you want to insert a picture
   that is not in Clip Gallery, follow these steps to import the picture into
   Clip Gallery:
 
   a. On the Navigation bar in Clip Gallery, click Import Clips.
 
   b. Click the folder that contains the picture you want to insert.
 
   c. Click the picture file you want to insert, and then click Import.
 
   d. Type a description of the picture, select the appropriate category and
      keyword settings, and then click OK.
 
   e. Click the picture you want to insert, and then click OK.
 
If you are using Works for Windows versions 4.0 or 4.0a, and you do not have the
Clip Gallery update (Clip3.exe) installed, follow these steps to add a picture
to your label document:
 
1. Create a new label document, or open an existing label document.
 
2. Click the position on the label where you want to insert the picture.
 
3. On the Insert menu, click ClipArt.
 
4. Click the image you want, and then click OK. If you want to insert a picture
   that is not in Clip Gallery, follow these steps to import the picture into
   Clip Gallery:
 
   a. Click Organize.
 
   b. Click Add Pictures.
 
   c. In the Look In box, click the folder that contains the picture you want to
      insert.
 
   d. Click the picture file you want to insert, and then click Open.
 
   e. Click the appropriate category for the picture, or create a new category.
 
   f. Click OK.
 
If you want to resize the picture, follow these steps:
 
1. Click the picture in your label document.
 
2. Drag a corner of the border surrounding the picture to increase or decrease
   the size of the object.
 
If you want the text on the label to wrap around the picture, follow these
steps:
 
1. Click the picture on the label document.
 
2. On the Format menu, click Text Wrap.
 
3. Under Text Wrap Settings, click Absolute, and then click OK.
