SYMPTOMS
========

After you complete a call to your financial institution using direct
services, you may receive the following message inside the Call Summary
dialog box:

   Missing Payee Information: A recurring payment for <amount> from
   your <account name> account was received but cannot be matched to
   a scheduled transaction in Money. To correct this problem, you must
   call your financial institution to cancel the recurring automatic
   payment.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur for any of the following reasons:

 - You disable the online bill payment feature for an account that
   still has an Automatic Payment (Apay) transaction configured in
   Online Financial Services Manager.

 - You delete an Apay entry from Bills & Deposits, but do not remove the
   Apay transaction from Online Financial Services Manager.

 - You configure multiple Money files to use Online Financial Services
   for the same account.

   NOTE: Microsoft recommends that you do not configure multiple Money
   files to use Online Financial Services for the same account.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

1. Call your financial institution or Money service provider to cancel
   the payment. To find the telephone number of your financial institution
   in Money, click Online on the Navigation bar, double-click the name of
   your financial institution, and then click Contact Information.

2. In Money, mark this transaction as void. To do this, follow these steps:

   a. On the Navigation bar, click Accounts.

   b. On the Accounts menu, click the account you want.

   c. Click the payment transaction you want.

   d. On the Edit menu, point to Mark As, and then click Void.
